    Video was very boring and not very informative. Clinical terminology was used which is not helpful to non-medical persons. Basically showed a 30 minute massage, step by boring step. Unattractive person narrating…Ugh!

    This video is VERY basic and VERY boring. I learned a little bit from watching it, but it’s definitely ONLY for starters. It’s unimaginative and dull, but then, it’s a massage video, not an instructional on disco dancing.

    I’ve always wanted to learn the basics w/out attending a school. Enough to know how to massage someone w/out hurting them. This is a great video for beginners. The instructions are clear & the voice is soothing enough that I can try some of the massages on someone while I run the CD on my laptop. One tiny complaint-when she massages the right side of the body the camera does not move to that side so you can’t see what she’s doing till she does it to the left side. Good lighting & good shots of the how your hand should massage each muscle.

    Good, basic, fundamental massage techniques and learning situation. Opens the door to more learning and makes you want to learn more about massage. I’m not sure you would want to open a practice with this tape, but it’s good for basic massage techniques for loved ones, friends, family.
